Meet ANGELIA…
Angelia Woods Burton (1967- current) was born the eldest of eight children in Roxboro, North Carolina, to Richard Woods, Jr. and his wife Jennie. Her life gave her lessons oftentimes unsolicited. However, she managed to gain great wisdom and insight through those lessons which she now hopes to share as a conduit of God's healing grace.
Married for 34 years to Charlie Burton, Sr. with whom she also shares four children plus two grandchildren, she is embarking upon new assignments. The Paper Doll, her first published book in a series to detail the events of her childhood, is affectionately dubbed her "baby." Since then she has authored, I Do, Do I?, A Complex Foundation, The Paper Doll Journal and a devotional by the series name, Fearfully & Wonderfully Made.
As a devout Christian of 29 years and licensed minister, she sees writing as a vehicle to share her faith to encourage as well as empower others. She is an entrepreneur with an endless imagination. She lives by the mantra, "Leave things better than you found them.”
