Listen as Dr. McKinney shares how to be set free from the false images that many of us have taken unto ourselves as a result of what we have been told. She confronts the lies of the enemy that wants you to identify yourself with what you do instead of who you are when all of those titles and deeds are stripped away. “When your why doesn’t make you cry then you’re living a lie” exclaims McKinney when speaking of one’s purpose. Her platform is built on the scripture that says “Whom the makes free is free indeed.” She leads the Breaker Free Nation. The motto is breaking free unapologetically.

Simeone Biles vs Trolls
Simone Biles is deserving of mention because of her tenacious drive to live up to her utmost potential despite what others have told her she should be. Somehow, she has been able to live surpass the opinions of people in order to achieve greatness in her career as a gymnast. This year during the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo, she made a decision that was best for “her.” This moment put her on a different platform. She had the attention of the world as a mouthpiece for selfcare - mental healthcare. For some, this was the bravest move she could have made. For others, it was the most coward. Opinions will be argued for many years to come. It will be the topic of discussion in arenas not even remotely resembling that of a gym. But she will always be credited for doing what she wanted regardless of how others felt about it.
