How long have you been in business?

Angelia’s Paper Doll has been established since May, 2021; however, we didn’t officially become a Limited Liability Corporation until August, 2021.

What makes you different from your competitors?

Angelia’s Paper Doll is more than an ecommerce site selling books detailing the life of Angelia. But it is using the stories of Angelia to open the heart of the reader to a familiar place within his/her own heart to provoke observation, evaluation as well as restoration.

From where do you operate?

Angelia’s Paper Doll, LLC operates in Roxboro, North Carolina.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns/exchanges over and above what customers are entitled to by law (i.e., a replacement/repair for a minor fault or refund for a major fault)?

Not at this time.

Do you allow refunds for a change of mind? If so, how long do customers have to contact you?

Refunds are eligible for a limited time after the initial purchase. The return must adhere to the guidelines set forth in our Return Policy.

SHIPPING

To where do you ship? How long does it take you to process an order before it is dispatched?

We ship nationally and internationally. It usually takes only a day to process an order before it is dispatched.

Where are your packages shipped from?

Packages are shipped from the local post office.

How do you price your postage? You can link to your postage page.

Prices are based upon a flat rate or weight - whichever is lesser.

What does “In-transit” mean for Post tracking?

“In-transit” means that you have dispatched the goods to your postal office, and that they are travelling to the destination postal dispatch center or post office, where a local driver or delivery person will be picking them up.

What does “No Events Found” mean for Australia Post tracking?

You’ll need to tell them that this is normal and that some packages show nothing on the tracking number lookup until they get to the destination post office or postal center near the delivery point. Many Parcel Post Plus and even Express Packages going outside the Australia Post delivery network will show as “No Events Found” until the day they are going to be delivered. The customer can sometimes be able to contact Australia Post for more information.
